Supposedly unless you get a spec turbo grind then you are best to stick with with stock cams. I don't want to spend the extra cash to do that when I could put that cash into a intake mani or something else.

Edit: I'm still on stock cams.

Id love to see some spool data. Do you guys have any way of datalogging manifold pressure with RPM?

Another forum I did had a thread going where everybody posted 4th gear, low rpm starting, pulls. Then all the spool data was put together into a graph.

Not sure when Im at full boost, probably in the 3300-3500 rpm range. I hit 400ft/lbs @ 3300 rpms according to my dyno sheet. Running a precision PT61 @ a little under 9 lbs of boost.

I am not sure how to do the screen shot so someone will have to help me with that. It is really easy to datalog boost if you are running an electric boost/vac gauge. Mine is an autometer cobalt digital gauge. All you have to do is splice into the signal wire that goes from the map sensor to the gauge with your firewire cable.

Hopefully i will be able to get a log tonight with the stock cams back in and then someone can help me overlay the two logs

We have the same cams with turbos. How do your cams work with it? I'm still getting use to my turbo setup

I really like the COMP 127500 cams with my turbo set-up. I don't have any before/after data dyno data, but my combination pulls nice all the way to 6500 where I shift. It's pretty cool to have the nice "cammed" idle sound, as nobody thinks a turbo car would ever have a noticeable performance cam installed. Also, with the Series 60 Flowmaster's, the car is very quiet going down the track.....can't tell you how many times people have commented to me about it.

Im not familiar with what software you are using but if you can open the graph up on your computer you can hit the "Print Screen" button near the top right of your keyboard. Then open Paint or some image editing software and paste it. Save it, and upload.

Okay so here is my first attempt at posting a screen shot of a datalog. Let me know if it is right or not...Don't know how to make one of the sides of the graph scale to rpm?

Attached is in the format that Full_tilt wants it.

The variations are caused because logs are time based and there are various logged while the RPM logged did not vary, a median could be calculated.

I just redid my cold side over the winter and went with a 4" core and see 10-12 degrees above ambient.
