The only thing left of the on3 kit is the hot side. It will eventually be replaced with JPC's hot side.

Currently running
On3 hot side
Precision 46mm gate
Precision 50mm bov
Shitty 76mm snail
Aem Tru boost
Full 3" cold side
Big ass intercooler like Jeremy and josh aka fuel

All three of us made our own shit... fuel has the links to where we bought from. I think is Cx racing or some shit. Its easy... I did it in an afternoon.

It should be mentioned that matt, jeremy, and myself all removed the front sway bar for the configuration we are running. Not sure how that will fit in with u autocrossing.

That is true, but I'm sure with enough initiative that something could be made and you could retain the sway bar.

Not saying you couldnt find a way to do it without removing it. May even be able to find a larger intercooler that is layed out the same way as the on3 one and still reuse the piping, just go to a larger core intercooler

4.5" is the biggest without cutting the bumper beam or moving the radiator. I only did a 4.5" since i got the intercooler off here for a good price. A 4" core will easily support over 1000rwhp. The 3" core in the kit is good to 700hp so far from what I have seen havent seen some one push it over that to check iat's.

From my build

Intercooler mock up and install is done with the help of greg :)
Pretty staright foward thought i was going ot have to cut the bumper beam but turns out the intercooler fit ;)
Put some pipe insulating foam on the ac line behind it so it wouldnt rattle on the intercooler. Fit like a glove nice and snug and secure!

Are the core dimentions same as the CX racing one except thicker?

I ask because you can never have too cool IAT on a turbo.

Especially when in 100+ heat on the road coarse...

Yes but it's for water cooled applications and do you want to give up your A/C on those 100 degree days?

Earl

O see i didnt understand that part of it.... a/c versus low IAT hmmmm.

Here is a spin off the Killr chiller:
But Couldnt you just run a A/W ic. From your water tank just run your return line around your accumulator (By the lines that are always cold to the touch). Might effectively cool down the water below ambient

thoughts?
