Figured I would let you guys know, still pulling hard some 3,500 miles later running 12-13 psi with a/f ranging from 10.5-11.5.

I boost the hell out of her whenever driving...
Only issues I have encountered is:
In 75+ degree weather my temps will creep and my fuel gauge is still going wacky under half a tank...

I am going to buy a electric water pump and a 170 degree t stat if they sell them...

do you already have a thicker radiator? thats what made the biggest difference for my car,cut my temps down by 10-15 degrees with the a/c on in 95+ heat!! and i bought a cheap one!!

Glad to hear everything is holding up well. I just started a thread asking questions about this kit and someone posted a link to your thread. After reading all 19 pages I have decided this is the way I want to go.

I have a mishimoto radiator right now... When your temps were going up what was your stock cluster saying?? My moves a smidge.

12-13 psi? joe are you still on the stock bottom end?

Yes stock bottom end with hot rod cams on the heads...

Who tuned it??:beerdrink::popcorneat:

Stupid question you should get lashed... Chris btw

FYI, i saw this car last night. the system is sex

Thanks man that was fun as hell... I wish my car sounded like yours with the two turbos and blow off... The snails really quieted her down... You car makes me miss the obnoxious sound.. (^_^)

I would love to ride in that beast! Good work on putting together a nice setup!

Thanks man! She is a handful...

at 250-260 the temp gauge goes to red!! before the radiator swap i was running 200-210 driving around and 230 sitting in traffic.....that sometimes would spike up for a few minutes to 250 (happened only once).

new radiator in and im sitting around 190 driving and 210 with the a/c on in the traffic......its great!!

the other thing i did when i put the radiator in was re-wire my fans. i used to have the 2 fans running off the factory fan wires. now i have 12 gauge wire coming directly from the battery for each fan with a 30amp fuse for each fan......and 2 relays that still get triggered by the factory fan on/off wires. so each fan is getting its own 30 amp feed directly from the battery.

Hey what do you know, I am doing that same thing right now in addition to running them to a switch for when the car is off also.

I think I may have my aftermarket gauge in a hot spot then because when the after market autometer ford racing gauge goes to 250 degrees the stock temp gauge moves the slightest hair past the middle.. I have to data log and get the real numbers...

I am going to look into wiring my fans the same way you just said... I also have just 2 12"'slim lines I recall you saying you went to one 14" I may be wrong... Did you lower your t stat?
Driving my temps are around 180 on dot but in traffic on a hot day the creep...

Just tested the beast once more... Just took a trip down to north wildwood nj with her.. Another 4 hour trip and she took it great other then every bump causing my exhaust to crash up into my frame... I think it's time to raise the rear... Tore the exhaust off way to many times..

Only thing i was worried about is when I was parking my car I noticed fluid dripping from what seemed dead center about a foot back from the rotor... It puddles up real quick felt like straight water no antifreeze.
My initial thought was condensation in the exhaust dripping out of my prochamber from being damaged from bottoming out... But the prochamber is fine..

I took a step back and thought I'd I may be over analyzing it... I was blasting the a/c with the windows down the whole way.. Something I never do maybe that's it...

Let me know what you think. It was surely water.. Pretty cold too..
