under hood dimensions

I am looking to build a road racing 2006 Mustang GT I bought recently. I need to know what the distance is between the strut towers and frame rails.

Also does anyone know if Ford has a control pack for the ecoboost motor yet? I have searched but came up empty. I am wondering if I can squeeze a 3.5L ecoboost between the frame rails as I am worried about the turbos not fitting.

I've looked also, if you find anything will you pass it on to me, I'd love to stuff a Ecoboost in my 72 pinto.......
