Vertical Doors

I did see vertical doors I did like. They have the option of opening up like a regular door or you could open them up vertically. This would be ideal if like to take your stang to car shows.

There's a black v6 with vertical doors around where I live. Needless to say they don't close properly and leave about a half inch gap when its closed.

P.S. The guy has a pinkish red tribal thing going down the side and on the hood.

I think they are bad for the actual door frame, they may weaken overtime and you won't be able to get them shut easy. I think you may be spending more money down the road on this...but if you really want to be that guy go ahead...

If you still think they *look* cool (for whatever reason) think of this scenario:

Someone, let's say...a girl, gets in your car and rides around with you. During this time they become so infatuated with what a cool guy you are and/or how awesome your car is that when you get to wherever you're going they can't contain themselves...they must get out of the car immediately so they can bow before you. Well, in their haste, they try to open the door like a normal car door and *bam* bent hinges and now you have a door that closes even worse than it did after you installed the lambo doors. Might happen...might not, but I wouldn't want to find out the hard way.

Cliff's notes: stay away from lambo doors.

The hinges now open both ways, still gayer than chris crocker but they do open both ways.

A single culture for sure. One where they enjoy making cars look like total shit. ANY mod that makes it hard for you to get in and out of your car, as well as being potentially damaging to your vehicle, is stupid IMO. Race cage you have to crawl out of? Perfectly acceptable because there's a reason for it. Drag Racing. But Lambo doors? Have you ever seen what happens to a Lambo'ed car when it gets wrecked? IF both doors don't just fall the fuck off, they do get jammed so badly they have to be cut off the car to get you out. I did Aerial MedEvac for four years. In the five different accidents we responded to where the Lambo doors had been put on cars, the doors had either come off during the collision or had to be cut off the car to get the passengers out. Yeah, real smart "cultural" thing you've got there.
