How long does it typically take to hear something back? Not necessarily in a rush or frustrated, just wondering when I should expect something.

Placed an order a couple of days ago online.

It can take a while. They get pretty backed up over there. I'd give it a week then I'd call.

My SC order took a few days, but seperate orders for a pulley, idler and plugs shipped the next day.

I've had him turnaround an inquiry, with an updated tune, within 10 minutes. Most times it can take a day or two or so.
But I also have to agree, in the end, it was worth it. (I've only had tunes for V6 cars from him, but they have been spot-on, and safe.)

I had the same issue after two weeks i still hadnt received my already paid tune.
The trick is to email him and call his office, ask for him he's at ext 101 and have him look your email whille on the phone.

Sometimes he respond quickly sometime you wont get an answer.
From now on i always follow up an email with a phone call :)

I've been waiting since July for mine! I called a couple of days ago and they said they should have it out to me soon.

What did you install?

I was bone stock until today, installed the AFCO dual fan unit. I've got the Extreme CAI intake in my trunk and the stock Saleen tune is rather bland.

I'd be okay if I'd at least get a response to two different e-mails I've sent, or at least an update that says 'hey guy, we're working on it', but I've literally received nothing except a receipt.

I did call, and some guy literally said: 'Uh, yeah we're working on it'. There have been zero questions about my car, my handheld tuner, etc.

That response would lead me to ask for a refund and get a new tuner.
