On their website it has them listed under street wheels not the drag racing section. They say they are fine for DD duty. Even the skinnies are supposed to be OK for street duty.
I saw that too. Not sure I would trust it.

I completely understand them saying that but saying it and it actually being ok in real world driving is different... Sorry I don't mean to be pushy just like the wheel and would like it for DD but not sure it would survive...

Just install my RTS and driving today in the rain a trailer in front of me stop suddenly, I hit the brakes and let me tell you just missed the trailer. Running 27.5x15 MT Fronts and ET street 28x12.5x15. As far as DD tires ok untill the road gets a little wet.

im gonna run 18x10's and 18x8's , my car isnt a DD but I think for street use Im gonna like the 18's better, im going more for looks than performance, although Im sure they will be lighter than my current 18's...

The lugs that come from Weld Craft are too shallow for fronts so had to go with open end lugs, I guess you could cut the tip of the stud and would work. I just bought the McGard because of the quality.

has anyone test fitted the 71m_7045a22a,17x4.5 2.2 bs on a 2011 5.0
its specked for a 2005-2010 but has more brake clearance in the back (med) pad ,the one for the 2011 has the low pad clearance and wont fit other years
i wanted to run the wheel on a 2004 gt which also specked for the same wheel as the 05-10,but just traded my 08 for the 2011...thanks

Chuck it looks badass what tire sizes you running and where did you get the wheels from? Pricing?.....
Fronts are hoosier radial 26x7.5x17 and rear are 295/45/17 mt drag radials. I got wheels and tires at jims racing tires in bailtimore md. they cost me $2.700 wheels, tires, lugnuts.
