Just open the bleeder valve with something under it to catch the brake fluid then pump the brakes. It only took me a few min to do mine that way.

I just painted the things so I don't want to ruin the paint.

Knockoff brembos? You mean take-offs?

Nope knockoffs. These are the "rebuilt" A1Cardone ones, apparently they are actually Chinese reproductions of Brembos as they don't say Brembo anywhere on them nor have any part numbers cast in.

Re-sealed the top around the back window where the fabric was starting to pull away.

Set off a car alarm in the parking ramp at work as I "drove" by.

LOL. I did that almost every day when I had my Ranger with a 302 in it. Just had headers and cheap turbo mufflers bolted directly to the header collector.

I added some pipe thread stuff to my shift stick to make it a bit longer. There is a bunch of adjustment on the stock shaft, but when you get towards the top end it is very loose.

Finished installing engine covers and moroso tanks after getting everything painted/powdercoated. Now my PS isn't working and a small leak under car so I have to investigate that.

Did some more datalogging for Lito and the idle is still high. Thinking of putting the stock TB back on and seeing if it does what's commanded. TPS voltage was 1.23 btw so within spec

Had to change the battery out. It was dead after the winter. Checked everything out and took two of my daughters (10 and 15) out for a nice easy cruise through town. They had fun and it was nice to spend time with them.

I don't have a computer in my garage, and I've always liked books better than PDFs. But thanks for the link!

Agreed, I have a 2006 workshop manual and wiring diagram manual. I would rather have the paper version when working on the car mm

Took my 20" x10's to get new MT 305 drag radials mounted on them- had these new wheels sitting in their boxes since last Nov. man they don't give those 20" mickies away. But all should be ready for the opening day at the track on Saturday- after the car gets a bath.

Got my gears back from micropolishing. They sure look good. Hope it actually does something.

Is the micro polishing suppose to lessen friction and reduced heat in the long run - is this why it is done? they look nice.
