In the end only paint last a long time. No more magic potions needed to bring the darkness backI don't know what sort of plastic paint he used but boot spoiler, mirror mouldings and roof strips are all still perfect.

As a fellow SprayGunner, I totally agree! In the end only paint last a long time. No more magic potions needed to bring the darkness back![]()

First pic is under the passenger fender liner. There’s a plate of sorts. It has 2 threaded holes and a push pin that comes from the bottom to keep it in place. You may just have to move your plate around to find the missing hole. Second pic shows both holes and end of push pin. My battery also had a blanket around it. I included a pic of that as well. Luckily, I’m in the middle of my coyote swap so I could easily get these photos for you. I hope this helps.

That plastic pin is still there, wish me luck tomorrow and hope the threaded nut plate is still there!First pic is under the passenger fender liner. There’s a plate of sorts. After removing the liner, the bracket is gone. Dealer says eternal back order, so I put a J-nut in one spot, and went with a flanged nut from underneath for the other. New battery tray and Blanket are now installed and everything there is happy.First pic is under the passenger fender liner. There’s a plate of sorts. I was replacing my battery and found that strap cut as well on mine. On mine however the part that the battery wedges under closer to the fire wall was also FUBARed. They had cut it I would assume to fit a battery that was too large. I would love to have your old tray that probably is in the dumpster!Took out the battery tray as I noticed it was a tad loose when I parked it in September, found one of the J-nut clips missing and where i assume another bolt goes, there is just a 10mm round hole in the car, found that a bit strange and have to decide what to do with that. If anyone has a clue, let me know what was there.

Go down to my local dealer and a new try is still available and it will be in on Wednesday. I am unfamiliar with that strap but while I am there and its on my mind might as well replace it.

Excuse me sir. There will be no working on a car in the driveway.....Especially in a school zone! It's that time of the year... oil, filter, fuel filter and lube F/R suspension.
I will send out oil sample to Blackstone Labs, but I only drove about 3,000+ miles in the last year. I always purge my fuel filters into a clear container so I can see if there are any sediment, water or debris.
