Ordered a roush mechanical boost gauge, single aeroforce interceptor, and an sos 2 pod pillar. The pillar was a real bitch to find too. Out of stock almost everywhere.

Been reading the TVS install manual and on the whole it looks easier than the 2.6 Kenne Bell was in my 3v car. No brackets or relocation for the PCM or fuse box. No stuffing the intake down into the bumper behind the headlamp. No relocation of the wiper fluid reservoir. Less wiring due to the included harnesses.

Looks like it'll be a little bit before VMP ships. Once I burn up the tank of fuel in the car I'm going to start the prep work.

Repaired a mechanic-induced stripped caster/camber plate stud, installed some new front struts (old ones were blown out AND were for a 2010 instead of a 2011+), and I took a new video on the first nice weekend day we've had in months.

It should be 100000000x's easier than your KB nightmare.

5/8 plugs broke.

2 of them the thread and nut broke but left the shell. Had to improvise.

String made it a lot easier.

The newer hids aren't bad with the projector, mine works great. Not sure if you were just referring to the 07-09 hid

I never had any issues, but I will say that the fogs added more light than the HID's did on my '08 GT.

Its not issues of functionality, they work fine, performance wise they suck.

I picked up a set of factory hids for my 05, one has a broken mount that need gluing and I would need to oder the harness for about $120 to hook them up.
I like the look of them over the normal lights but is the performance enough of an upgrade over stock housings with ge nighthawks to justify the $100+ or should I sell them and either stick with stock or do my own retrofit?
