Haven't done it yet, but today she's getting the 285/40/18's off my GF's Shelby, getting them installed on the front :)

Should be a much better tire for the upcoming autocross than the all-season Conti DWS's that I have on there now, which were plowing everywhere last time

A quick mock-up, just becuz :D

Not happy to see that Late Model Restoration apparently thought I'd be OK with my new $600 throttle body being thrown in with my new $300 Roush grille, basically having them take the TB out of its packaging (that I would've liked to have), then open up the Roush box, and having the re-tape be one of the sh!tt!est re-tape jobs I've ever seen, the Roush box showing up all mangled on my door step ... WTF ????

Spend thousands of dollars with a company and then this ???

My thoughts exactly.

The plastic grille delete piece is scratched, so I know I want a new one of those.

The kit includes this piece of black tape that needs to be applied somewhere, this arrived kinked badly in 1-2 places:

Can also see above how mangled that box arrived. That box wasn't meant to handle the added weight of the throttle body. It gave in with that lopsided weight inside ... I can only imagine the bouncing around the TB took inside the huge box that wasn't meant for it

Jarrod and Latemodel will take care of you, as far as the black vinyl sticker, it comes kinked.... Or at least the last two that I've put on did... Not a Latemodel thing but a Roush thing. It goes in your lower grill in a spot where nobody can really see it.. Not to discredit your frustrations with the packaging though, I know the guys at Latemodel will handle that.

Thanks guys, I hope they will. I hate to have even posted up the pics like I did, but you can imagine how you feel when you see a company taking shipping short-cuts like this after you give them almost $900 ... you start thinking "what, they didn't make enough profit, they needed to cut corners in shipping?" ...

Plus the thought of somebody opening up both parts I ordered and throwing away some of the packaging ... WTF? who are you to open up my expensive stuff I just paid you for?

Not cool at all ...

Just installed the new Ford Racing twin-65mm throttle body, running it for now off the twin-60 JDM tune, which they say is OK to do.
However, I can't push it much until I get a new tune for the new VMP fuel pump voltage booster

First start-up:

Was a little surprised to see this oil in the elbow ... guess I really need to think about a dual-catch-can set-up.

They shipped my over axle pipes in the same box as my GT/CS grill as well and sent it UPS freight. Their transportation solutions could use a revamp IMO.

The condition of the box can be blamed on UPS though.

Just delete the PCV system all together, you are never going to get all of the oil by running catch cans.

The box would've fared better if it was taped up better.

I've sold over 200 items via several forums and eBay, including a set of cylinder heads, and everything ALWAYS showed up in great shape.

For a large company to do this is in-excusable.

The shipping monkey should be fired.

That's something I'm gonna give some thought ...

Had breathers on mine for 600+ miles. Not a drop of oil spilled so far.

Unmetered air?
If you put atmospheric catch can hooked up to both sides and delete the pcv there no longer any relationship between your vacuum or air intake with the breather system

This, I have the peterson catch can on my car and as said you aren't bringing any air into the intake tract for the MAF to sense so there shouldn't be any unmetered air. Well at least that was how it was explained to me haha. I know this isn't really a great picture but it just gives you some idea of what it looks like.
