What spec wheel?
Typically, an 18x10 would get a 275/40

What chin spoiler are you running?

MMD 19x10s that AM had on sale stupid cheap. They're 45 offset and back spacing is 7.2". From the little interweb research I've done, 265/275 is recommended with 285 being the max. I couldn't find a minimum width though. I'd like to run 275s up front and 285s out back.

That's a MMD front spoiler from AM.

I had 275/40/19 on my front 19x10 AMR's last year, a perfect fitment.

For rears you could easily do a 285/35/19 or even 305/35's

I've got a set of 19x10 ET42 with 285/35 square and have no issues on an otherwise stock suspension '14 GT TP. IIRC, there was 4-5 mm clearance from the tire to the strut with Michelin SS. All things equal, your ET45 should have just enough tire clearance with 2-3 mm to the strut.

Sorry oldVOR, I should have specified I'm worried about tire rub on the outside. I'm lowered 2" on H&R Super Sports.

Are the specs on our cars the same though? Thanks for the info Gabe.

Yeah you should definitely be fine with 275/40's or 285/35's on the front, and at least 285/35's on the rear.

This was my 275/40/19 on 19x10 front set-up last year, 48mm offset, you can see how tucked-in they sat ...

(the rear set-up in the pic above was 20x10, 48mm offset, with 305/35/20 Nitto DR's - no rubbing, perfect fitment)

Although I really like Torch Red.. If I had the chance to go back and do it over again, I would've selected Sonic Blue instead.. As there's just way too many Torch Red Mustangs where as Sonic Blue was only available on the S197 during the 2005 model year..

Vista is more betterer, haha no they're both pretty sweet

You won't have any issues with outside clearance.
The 19x10 ET42 with 285/35's have been on my '14 with stock suspension and my sons '05 on 1.5 lowering springs. They aren't even close to rubbing anywhere front or back.

I use a 18 x10 on all 4 x corners...and all are 45mm offset. 285-40-18 on the rears. 275-40-18 on the fronts. I use a 3mm HR hubcentric spacer on the fronts. -1.5 deg of camber on the fronts. Oem sized 12.4" front rotors. Rears are just tucked inside. Fronts are plenty inside. This is on a 2010.

Added LED lights to the hood scoop today. Still got a bit more to finish off yet. It is very hard to photograph, camera doesn't like the reflection. It comes on when you open the doors.
