I think it was the same thread where they said he was going to start doing them again. Only reason I remember is several people were going to order right away in case he decided to quit doing them again.

Really? Mine really needs something better than 3.31's. I wanted 4.10's but the car is my dd. I had 4.56's in my old dd & didnt mind it but I do like how this car gets better mpg's than the truck, it just needs something more out the hole

Then go to 3.73, no reason in jumping in that deep.

Yeah, they stopped for a while, then brought it back. I wanted it for my 2011, but the mpg hit isn't worth it. Also read the drivability in an auto is less than great.

Might sound crazy, but I regret getting the whipple so early on. I wish I would have waited to get full exhaust, cams, heat exchanger, fuel system upgrades, bigger brakes, etc. The s/c that came with the car would have been good enough for awhile. Especially with a 2.59" pulley and innovator west 15% overdrive.

Now I have a whipple, but not all the supporting mods to really let it shine...I'm slowly working on them tho.

Nope, your regret makes perfect sense. The original SC had a lot of potential you didn't tap into.

I regret the cams and ported heads! It made more power and ran better ETs while N/A, which brings me to another mistake of trying to go all N/A first. I also added 4.10s just to use the new power of my heads and cams. I didnt lose any power down low but it made so much more after 5K it felt like it lost power down low! I love the KB blower and am very happy but a friend just added a blower to his car and his runs as good as mine without heads and cams. Same cars, same power, same tuner, same dyno, same mods except for I have ported heads and cams and he makes my power and runs as good as me. No driver issue as I have driven his and he has mine! I like the 410s and have no spinning issues with 20 inch drag radials. The cams drive fine for me, I have a great tuner (127300) cams

This combination can only exist due to a lack of low end torque.
