Change the cams and headers...you should make 550. I have a set of Detroit rockers that I took out of the car and replaced with the stage 3 blower cams. Made a little more power....

Pulley that thing down a bit to 14 psi and you will make some more power as well..

What pipe set up are you using? The HO kit or the standard kit? That might me restricting your numbers as well....

Same dyno, same weather correction, same tuner? It would be interesting to see what would happen by just going back to the stock manifold. Torque would go up imo.

Be careful with the Kooks cats. Greg lost a motor when one came apart.

Whats the IAT's? Whats the air/fuel? timing?

Dyno differences. My guess is you're probably dealing with a good deal more heat. When was the car dyno'd last? Smaller pulley + summer weather = not good for repeatable pulls.

Its 60 degrees here lol lasy dyno had dif correction factor. Std before was 497 and 460 tq now 540 and 480 tq. Ps only using cats till after inspection the sae was 525

So you picked up 43/20 peak. How does it look under the curve?

Just for comparison my d1 on a bone stock bullitt made 511 without much effort. Stock exhaust everything on a 4.33 pulley

Well my clutch is shot or slave cylinder i can barely get it in gear when clutch pedal is on the floor. Could explain alot
