Whats the fastest stock bottom 05-09

I mean stock bottom end. Cams,heads or any other bolt on?
No built motors,no blowers,no nitrous.
Mods:300+ lbs weight shaved,jlt cai,u'd pullies,headers & full exhaust,alum. d/s,livernois stage 2 heads,hotrod cams,custom tune,3000 stahl,mt dr II's (24lbs air), lower and upper c/a's,k member,sway bar delete,anti squat brackets,a-arms,braille 15 lb'er,4.10's

Ive seen an 11.7 (i think) and thats with out heads and cams

get rid of those crappy cams and throw in some spr stage II's...you'll be running 11.5's
