- Send out fuel pump hat for a Walbro 405 (need to do this soon.)
- Bucket test IC loop.
- Replace Bosch IC pump with one from a 2013 GT500.
- Remove bumper cover, etc, Comb out bug marks on radiator condenser core.
- Replace small M90-spec Roush LTR with Roush 18"x21" unit from 2010+ TVS/M90 systems.
- Install larger degas bottle.
- Install constant tension clamps on IC soft lines/replace soft lines (leaking in cold weather despite retensioning worm clamps at LTR.)
- Remove 8.8, install solid pinion bearing spacer, Detroit TruTrac, paint housing.
- Install fresh stock heat range plugs.
- Datalog car and do bucket test to see if Intercooler modifications did anything.
- Dyno car.
- Remove M90, remove lower intake to clean up/check for leaks/install new o-rings in coolant hard line.
- Install TVS1900 with 82mm pulley, twin 67mm TB, new 113mm MAF and filter. Probably need a 75mm idler instead of the 90.
- Dyno car to see if TVS1900 did anything, datalog IC temps, etc...
I won't be able to start until April.
Hoping to work enough OT/fix enough junk cars and sell them to be able to afford that new FRPP 5.3 shortblock. Then the 1900 can get a much smaller pulley. I was going to do a clutch this summer but I might just get a complete TR6060 setup to work with the forged crank on the stroker shortblock. See what happens. If I'm not rich I already have a set of boss rods, buy pistons, I'll rework the stock 4.6 bottom end.
