Who still sells 11:1 pistons for the 4.6L 3V. The best I can find is 10.36:1.

The only pistons I can find are for he 5.4L 3V, and the 4.6L 2 and 4 valve. Anybody know which .030 over piston can do 11:1?

I should have added that I looked at Wiseco, Manely, Diamond, TSP, KB, Mahle, Silvolite, JE, ModMax, Livernoise, and the winner so far is DSS with 10.363:1. I have found a couple of Manley pistons that look promising but are vague/mis-labeled, and end up being for the 2 and 4V engines after more investigation.

Take your pick.
These four are for a stock stroke crank:

While these four are for a 3.75" stroker crank:

If you shop around you might find the same part numbers at a lower cost.

Thanks Dino, I do appreciate it. I was so focused on the .030" over I assumed the .020" overs could not make it happen either; hopefully .020" cleans up the cylinder walls.

Also, I thought .030" overbore was the max for these engines, how do we get to 3.633 and 3.701 bores on some of these pistons?

The maximum allowable overbore on our 4.6 blocks is indeed +30 thou (3.582") but I wouldn't go beyond +20 thou unless absolutely necessary.
The 3.622" bore is +70 thou and that would require the 4.6 block to be resleeved.
The 3.701" bore pistons are intended for the Big Bore Boss 5.0 Modular iron block but they've also been used in sleeved 4.6 aluminum blocks for the weight saving.

I talked to JE and the 314604 +.020 pistons above, can be made as +.030 for a measly $40 for the set. So either way, this forum has been major score for me not settling for the 10.34 CR DSS pistons. Thank you Dino.

What is the piston part number. I am not really sure I can get away with .020"; long story.

Ok, I'm interested. Do these pistons have valve reliefs, and they don't need something odd like phaser limiters, right.
