WTB Handheld Tuner

I need a USED and UNLOCKED Diablo or preferably an SCT tuner. I really need a tuner to fix some things going on with my car at the moment (my major prob is to adjust my cars idle). The problem I have is im on a very slim budget at this time. So Im going to be honest, if I can get the 'brother-from-another-mother' discount/hook up, it would be much appreciated. I also have some stock parts that will be for sale soon; stock front turn signals, L & R rear brake light harness and a plasti-dip'd rear GT faux cap (05-09). I can throw these in the deal too.
