Thanks man. Here you go:

Side:

(not very good to see wheel specs...)

I'd really like to know the distance from the edge of the body to the outside of the edge of the rim out back. All my measurements say 15mm. Any chance you could measure it?? Those are the 20x10's, right? What tire sizes are you running?

careful with those badboys. once you start with fender flares, the next thing you know your door jambs, mudflaps, logos, windows, wheels, car, life etc. are chromed out.

seriously though, the jp vizage ones remind me of bmw x5 flares (which I actually like--on that car at least). the shape of them looks cooler than the chrome set you found on ebay

i want to try a set (since i poke a little) but: 1. that doesn't necessarily make things fit better if they'll still rub on a fender, and 2. $350-400 is definitely steep for some trim pieces.

LOL Chrome FTW!! I jest.

I would try a set just to see what they look like, I think I would modify them by making them shorter if anything. I saw some flares on a new edge that I liked, but sure id those would fit.
For 400$ I wonder if I could pay someone who works with fiber glass and modify me a set.
I read in a 350z board where someone had done this,

I'll have to look as I have the link saved somewhere but I saw a track car mustang done where they did the fender flares properly. Will post it when I find it.

That is fucking wicked looking. Maybe I'll turn the Bullitt into a track car and do this...

05-09 body with wide fenders = pure win.

Yea, I'll measure it when I can, 10.5W and they are 275/35's.

Pictures could be better. Taken from my phone but it's all I have for now:
Fronts: 20x8.5 w/ 255/35/20
Rears: 20x10.5 w/ 275/35/20

^^^^ Damn, that looks hot.

See, that just keeps putting me on the fence. If they could have just changed the offset by another 10mm. I'm already running a wider tire with a 9.5" than you have on that 10.5. Probably running a 1/1.5" drop front to rear?

Yea, it's about 1/1.5" drop front/rear.
I personally wouldn't go any wider than 275's in the rear given the offset. A higher offset ~ +38mm-42mm would be ideal.

Would you say it's about 15mm beyond the wheel well that the rim extends out? Curious to know if all my math was right on (actually I came up with 15.7mm but after 15, what's .7 really)

I had been considering those in the 18" and one guy on another board is running the rear with a 285/40.

Might actually be less than 15mm. Here's a comparison between your setup and my current setup. Looks right around 7mm further out than my current setup, which the rim is flush with the wheel well but my tire bulge sits about 5mm outside the wheel well. I'd say your right that a 285 would probably never work. With my 1.5" drop in back if I went any lower or put a 295 on I'd be hitting the wheel well lip.
