Ford sells the seals, There are different ones for 05-06 covers and 07+. Not sure which ones your custom covers use.
Does anyone know how to replace the factory vct solinoid seal?

OK. more leaks please help. I clearly have something leaking but I can't get smoke to come out of it. It must be running through some oil or water and absorbing the smoke. It is on the passenger side valve cover down towards the timing cover. You can get under the car and hear the hissing better. Where is the 1L hole located at? I can't find it.
As you "fix" the leaks, you will build pressure in the motor. Once you figure out where this next leak is, don't be surprised if your RTV fixes fail. As you repair each leak, other places that aren't leaking are likely to fail as the pressure returns to normal. This is to be expected.
Have you put the front end up on stands so you can really get under there? If it's hissing that bad, you should be able to run your hand over different areas and feel the leak as long as you're using an outside source to pressurize the engine instead of running the engine.
BruceH, I am talking about what you are showing in your picture. Ok, I pull off the water pump pulley. The one bolt has backed out and is almost touching the water pump pulley. Ok, the other hole has nothing in it. So I did as you suggested I rtv the crap out of it and took my over sized washer and locked a bolt in the other hole. I am still hearing air escaping the whole entire system as a whole. Is it possible that I am loosing some of my air pressure through the valves and out of the exhaust just like you would when you have blow by?
I think now my issues are cams, and tune (only because it was setup when I had vacuum leaks)
I did, some causes idle hang now when it didn't before, others stall worse. The most recent tunes are stalling worse now. LOL odd isn't it
