With the Whipple install, what are my options on both gauges, and where to mount them? I am assuming a Wideband A/F and a boost gauge. I really don't want three gauges on my a-pillar. I am trying to keep the best OE look I can. I am thinking about two of the vent pods.

What about the Livewire? Will that do a lot of what I need?

If you want OE look stay as far away as possible from the giant tumor called Livewire... I won't even go into the details of getting a Livewire to read boost and AFR but it's much more difficult than a dedicated gauge.

Absolutely... SOS FTMFW!!

I have 2 gauges in an SOS pillar pod, and two more in my center dash panel.

You need fuel pressure more than boost...boost won't tell you if you are having a fuel delivery problem such as pressure spikes and drops...but if you know that you can get out of it and save an engine beofre it detonates itself to death!
My vote is for fuel pressure and wide band O2.

Its also good to know your wastegate is stuck open and you run 55lbs of boost instead of your 8lbs. Boost gauge is a gauge to have if youre BOOSTED

Go with boost/vac. wb a/f, and fuel pressure in an SOS 3 pillar pod...

LOL

I ordered one of those the day I took delivery of my '07 coupe. When it arrived and I put it in the vehicle, I was like, "How am I supposed to see out of the windshield with this absurd thing in my way???"

...it was sold 4 days later.

i have SOS 3 gauge A pillar pod w/ innovate digital WB a/f, autometer z series mech boost, and autometer z series elecric fuel pressure. i think i paid 700-750 for everything. i also have a livewire, but the gauges are much more convenient to look at. the SOS really does look OEM even w/ the 3 gauge pod. heres a couple pics of the gauges.

I checked my records... for those same items (except I have the SOS 2-pod) I paid about $100 more than that in 2006. So it seems reasonable to me.

If you want the same functionality and "show" as the Nexus gauges but at a lot less money, maybe consider the ProSport gauges

I gotta admit I have been kind of considering replacing my Autometer Cobalt gauges with some of these. Especially since I found out that their WB gauge will work with my WDC

Sent you a PM. I will be selling my SOS 2 pillar (I think) and AM Cobalt boost and fuel pressure with Metco billet adapter. I decided to go with Aeroforce. Thnks for the pics and help on the Aeroforce and ventpod (someone listed Stage 3 Motorsports - very fast shipping) from my last 2 threads guys.
