Some mods for the slimer...

well part one was putting on the GT500 hood, part 2 was lowering on Roush springs (love 'em!!) - on friday I had part 3 put on.... namely the FR500s. Slimer is now wearing 255/25/20 on the front (8.5*20) and 295/30/20 on the rear (10*20). Despite all the worries I had about ride comfort I have to be honest and say that I've not had a single issue with the ride comfort on these over the 270ish miles I've done this weekend :rock :rock

Looks great with the color and wheel combo but not a fan of a GT500 hood on a GT bumper, doesn't flow right IMO. Any plans for a GT500 bumper?

fair play, I can understand the dislike of my hood set-up. I feel it works (just!) due to the position of the fog-lights which, funnily enough, ties in the hood dip with everything (if there had been no lights or they were in the middle it'd not have looked right either).

For me there are 2 issues with the GT500 conversion:
1 - it'd cost me too much (especially over here in the UK)
2 - I'm not looking to have a GT500 clone or fool people into thinking I've got something I don't.

Anywho, glad y'all like (to varying degrees!! lol)

Question, is it required by law in the UK to have the side and front corner lights? Never seen that before. Also, does your car have the parking sensors on the front bumper? Again, that's a new one on me.

the less said about the front lights the better, ditto the parking sensors . We are required to have indicators on the side (hence the horrible looking oval thing about the GT badge. We are also required to front 'side lights' (I guess the closest things are clear daytime running lights, but they don't always have to be on) - confused? You will be after the next episode of....

I kinda of like the indicators on the side. Might consider removing my 5.0 badges and replace with turn signal.
