Have an exhaust clip? I would love to hear that.

Shortly, I'm going to try to put one together in the next few days although I'm not sure any vid will do the sound justice.

Looks good! Don't feel bad. The only time I ever turned the stereo on was when I had someone in the car.

Thanx Kenaizer. Sweet music to the ears for sure.

... and after that rain storm I mentioned in the above post ...

... no pot of gold though...we looked.:thumb2:

Thanks for the advice! I might have to look for new ones, or just buy new bulbs and try that first.

I put the tinted covers on. They blocked to much light. What I did was tint them with actual window tint 35% I believe. Looks good and the lights work real good.

Picked the Shelby up last from the body shop, had the shit vinyl stripes removed and painted on. Did a fantastic job, clear the roof, trunk lid, hood and front and rear bumpers so you don't feel a edge. What a deference with the silver strips in the paint then sitting on top with the dull vinyl.

^^^That looks great!

A white Shelby GT with silver stripes is one of my most favorite Mustangs of all time. I almost bought a leftover 07 model in mid 2008 for a huge discount, but I passed on it to get a GT/CS vert that I ended up trading in when the convertible top started leaking :(

I wish I could go back and have a do-over on that decision.

I wished that's what I would have done, instead of using the spray tint.
unfortunately, I will probably have to find some stock housings To put back in:(

Beautiful Shelby! I didn't like the vinyl on my car either, so I took them off. I have been thinking about getting them painted on. About how much did that run you if you don't mind me asking?

Nah... all you need to do is a wet sand to get the tint off, respray some clear, light wet sand to smooth it out and buff/polish. Good as new! There are plenty of youtube clips on how to do it.

I actually drove mine tonight. First time in what seems like a month. What a stress reliever to just beat on it is.

that seems to be my problem, I only get to drive it between camping trips, work stuff and family events. ohh well, at least it's there when I want it.

Good advice! Thanks.
That's what I will probably do to my fogs. My passenger high beam is dead,
so I might as well upgrade to a brighter set of bulbs, while I'm at it.

The cost was more then I wanted to spend, 3500. But worth every penny when I seen the results. It took 2 day labor just to get the vinyl off, a inch at a time plus they disassembled everything. I got quotes a lot cheaper but went with this shop because I seen there workmanship and attrition to details. Now my supercharger fund is at zero again, lol

I figured it would be around 3k. Well worth it, it looks great! I hear ya on the blower fund. I want a TVS, but every time I get a good little chunk built up I always end up spending it on something else. Err, lol.

Took the afternoon off from work so I can install my SHR louvers. Sitting here just marveling at how they came out. One of my favorite mods so far...

Will have better pictures tomorrow when they fully cure.
