Betcha is was nice to whack that sucker WOT after all the trouble huh?:thumb:

Man, if I could only explain it with a key board! Fucking car is sick! That is the best way for me to explain it. I have never driven something so fast.

That's pretty impressive.

If the air is cool, my AITs stay cool. I credit that to my custom CAI. I don't care what Procharger says, it makes a big difference. They need to test on the road instead of a dyno. I have a 4" pipe sucking air from behind my drivers side head light. At 70 mph, it sees a ton of air.

I may have my son drive behind me with my other son filming while I do a 70 mph stomp as the stay steady at 70 mph to try to give you an idea of how fast this thing moves out on Monday when they get home.

I saw when you did that. Great mod. I really want to do a real ram air/CAI on my 2007. But man, there is SO much other work to do.

That's pretty impressive.

I think I've noticed that A2A and A2W behaves differently depending on the outside temp. My HE discharge temps drop as ambient does, till a point. Then it doesn't matter how low ambient is, they will barely budge. It doesn't matter if it's 30deg or 70deg out. My HE discharge will be the same (within a few deg). I'm guessing a A2A is going to scale with ambient better?

It acts quite faster and as the air is colder more effective the IC is, a higher delta really helps.

Oh yeah, I know. That is really good perspective though. Everyone know how fast those are.

I am saying that because I've tuned a few, here they will do low to mid 9s with some bolt ons and a tune (mostly I've done are with Yoshimura stuff) drag tire and don't have traction issues as far as I know.

Probably over there they are quite faster and I am completely wrong but that was my guide to say that.

He'll yeah.. I can totally relate to the feeling of "holy shit that was fast" when I made the first pull on 18lbs It really did scare me... doubt I will get used to any time soon... and that was through my 3650 so I can't even wait to feel what it is going to be like with my 4r70...congrats man!!can't wait to see some track times

Mid 9's is right. They will go faster if they didn't wheelie all over the place. They are super fast from a roll though. The car will be able to take it still.

I missed a couple days and your getting ready to teach the locals what happens when you mess with a mustang. Like my boss and driver of the cuda (8.40) says its the most fun he has with cloths on. Lol

Yeah its pretty sick, last time I drove it was most likely over 900 rwhp to do a 9.38 at 4060 lbs with me in it minus the weight of the wheel swap from 20s to the 15s. So, maybe 3860 lbs I guess. Now I am a little lighter (plan to weigh it this week) and have more power. I am really exited about getting to the track. I think I will load it up and hit RPR on Fri night or Little River on Sunday. Either way, a three hour trip to run the car at a track.

He is correct! I cant imagine anything better besides jumping out of a plane. Only thing better about the car is, I can hit the brakes when ever I want.

Which brings me to my next setback. The Brakes suck as is. The rears groan really bad and overall there is no way I will do a 160 mph pass at a track with the brakes in the current form. I am going to try to disconnect the second caliper on the rears and see if I has something to do with that. If not, I may change the rears back to factory till I figure it out. That may require a MC change though. IDK

The groan was there with the Factory MC and the Strange MC I am running now.

If I cant get the brakes better I may still go to the track and just let out at the 1/8 or 1000ft.

One other small issue is I have an oil leak at either the front seal or the front of the oil pan gasket.
