LOL. It's a....oh God it's deformed! (a certain Stephen Lynch song comes to mind...)

It's a combo of a Kinect (as in XBOX) and a program, Scanect. There are a couple different programs that you can use it with, with pretty much the same result

I picked up a set of factory hids for my 05, one has a broken mount that need gluing and I would need to oder the harness for about $120 to hook them up.
I like the look of them over the normal lights but is the performance enough of an upgrade over stock housings with ge nighthawks to justify the $100+ or should I sell them and either stick with stock or do my own retrofit?

Don't order the harness, make your own using the morimoto motocontrol box. It's only $35 and it's easier to install.

From stock halogen to oem HID is night and day improvement. From OEM HID to retrofit projectors is another night and day but much better improvement.

All depends on the projectors you use as well. I'm only using the new 3" morimoto bixenons but should have an awesome light output with the bigger 3" lenses.

Cleaned my air filter, MAF, and TB. Replaced my Bama 93 Hybrid tune with a VMP 93 tune. The difference in power and driveability is staggering. Ordered a MGW to replace my Hurst but it won't ship for two weeks.

OEM tuned with clear lenses used to be the end all of lighting. These days the morimoto units are getting daaaaaamn close to OEM quality.

I would def use a morimoto harness and ballast instead of overpriced OEM stuff.

I removed my shelby wannabe faux gas cap and replaced it with a SHR. A bit expensive for a faux cap but it looks awesome. I just wished I has known about it before I commissioned 2 companies to make domed decals to overlay my old cap...oh well...lol

I also installed the smoked led 3rd brake light

Oh definitely. I've only ordered various interior pieces and my composite race knob from MGW before but they always came packaged like they were priceless pieces of art. I love it.

went to the track last night. dialed in at 12.7 and ran a 12.76 the first round, but broke out in the second round with a 12.66 with a 2.09 60ft

Yeah man you have to log some pretty good miles after flashing a tune for all the readiness monitors to set



Pan hard bar adjustment...apparently I was drunk last tune I sent it and it was about 1/2" shifted to the drivers side
