I have been on here for a while, reading, searching, and buying parts through w3bb3r04 (PayPal issues while overseas). I have bought a lot of his stuff, he is a very good friend of mine.

The time for my return to the states in nearing, and soon to follow will be a hopefully, detailed build thread. I will go ahead and get started with the build thread of all the parts I have ordered. The end result I am going for is 700rwhp.

The parts list:

2005 Saleen 3-valve coupe #344, torch red. The car is bone stock with the exception of a MGW shifter. Currently 55k miles on the clock!

NVH low mileage 05 aluminum block
Wiseco 6cc Pistons, SS rings (1.5, 1.5, 3.0 ring stack), upgraded wrist pins
K1 Technologies rods, 7/16" ARP 2000 rod bolts
03-04 Forged Cobra 8 bolt crankshaft
ARP balancer bolt, mainstuds, and sidebolts
2012 GT500 O-ringed oil pump, TSS gears, billet backing plate
2008 GT heads, Manley SS intake valves, Trick Flow springs
Bullet cams, phaser lockouts
Freedom Racing timing components kit
ATI 10% under drive balancer
Steeda CMDP
Prothane Bullet motor mounts
2013 GT500 8.5 quart oil pan

I am still stuck on headstuds or factory TTY bolts. As of right now I have both ARP studs and TTY bolts, but undecided on what I want to run.

S&H/On3 turbo kit
Comp CT4 6765
Upgraded to the new On3 oil filter relocation kit
Dougs Headers 3" cutout

FORE triple pump hat with GT super car pumps
-8 feed and return
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
Aeromotive fuel rails
Bosch 1000cc injectors
HPX MAF
Allstar Performance catch can

BMR single adjustable PHB
BMR LCA relocation brackets
BMR lower control arms
BMR driveshaft safety loop
Stock Saleen Racecraft struts, shocks, and springs
Factory 14" Brembo 4 piston brakes
14" 2013 GT500 rear rotors and billet caliper brackets

2012 GT500/Boss steering wheel
GT500 MyColor center console, and leather arm rest pad
GT500 E brake handle, new cables
SOS triple pillar pod
Autometer Cobalt fuel pressure, oil pressure, and boost gauges
Eboost Street boost controller
Innovate wideband, Roush vent pod

Late Model Resto LED headlight conversion
Raxiom Gen 5 tail lights
Saleen Heritage decklid panel
Tinted turn signal bumper lights

All of the charge pipes, compressor housing, and valve covers will be powdercoated with a super chrome base, transparent black, and high gloss clear for a black chrome look.

With that being said, the build will be starting shortly. I am waiting to get the pistons from Wiseco, then all the stuff it going to the machine shop. I am also tossing around the idea of building a hotside similar to One Eyed Willy's old hotside where the up pipe and down pipe are routed between the block/oil pan and K-member.

Stay tuned, this should be quite a transformation considering I am starting with a bone stock Saleen!

Thanks Scott!

I ordered the pistons with upgraded wrist pins last night, along with valve seals, ARP headstuds, sidebolts, and damper bolt. They said it would be about 2-2.5 weeks on the pistons.

Unfortunately I am not home to take more pictures yet, but I can assure you there are a lot coming! The car has been in my shop under a car cover for the past 16 months, I almost forgot I even own one sometimes!

Thanks weather man! Not too much longer. It hit 120 degrees today, so I certainly look forward to the rest of a mild Tennessee summer!

As of right now I am going to run the stock 3650. Since it is mostly a street car, I'll keep it manual and eventually do a 6060 or built MT82. I have been on the lookout for one that needs some work, and have also considered doing a regular T56 like the Saleen Extreme. The bellhousing spacer, cross member, and other parts are on eBay often, but I am not 100% positive what T56 they use. I have heard it was out of a GTO, but likely I'll just go with a 6060.

Can't wait to see this thing rolling around Nashville. Looking forward to following this!

We will have to go to some car meets when it's done! I should be back in less than a month, and I'll be working on this quite a bit every day if I can refrain from over indulging in adult beverages!

Just got word on the Pistons. My builder should be receiving them directly from wiseco in about two weeks then it all goes to the machine shop.

Until then I'll be installing all the suspension, interior pieces and so on when I get back.

I have never been to cars and coffee, but I'll certainly be attending some this year if all goes as planned. I also haven't been able to attend beer fest since I've been old enough to drink, but sounds like I'll have to go this year.

Do you already have the On3 kit? If not I suggest shooting Bobby, at S&H performance, Bobby@S&H Performance, a PM and get some information about their stealth kit. It's not that much more money and it's a many times better kit.

The one at Shelby Park (I think that's what it's called) in East Nashville is the best one I've been to. $30 and we tried probably 60+ beers and got plastered, all while in shorts and a t-shirt and I carried my sandals in my back pocket since it's on grass. Who's doing the motor work?
