IMO the concept is solid but it needs tweaked a bit.

The window trim has to go. After that...it's risky, but what if the whole roof was copper? Maybe even the upper half of the car? I say if you're going to go bold, go bold.

Thanks for the suggestions but I didn't build it for your approval I did it because it meets mine. I don't bold I wanted little pops of color to break up all the black.

Looks too much like this:

And that looks like garbage. Sorry to bust your balls. Your car, you drive it. I wouldn't run that copper on any car.

Took a trip to the mountains this early this morning for some curvy roads and some shots of the sunrise and view with my car. This was the result.

And no the tire marks are not from me. There was a car show held near there recently and people had fun.. to say the least.

That is an awesome looking picture and the car looks stellar.
What chin spoiler is that? In you sig is the cdc classic with the blacked out center, same as what I have now, after a year Im sick of it and want to change....

I actually like that. For some reason. I want copper looking wheels for my car so bad. But I want more of a darker copper barrel and black centers or Chrome lip with bronze centers.

No offense, but that lip, side splitter and window trim look like shit in copper. The calipers look alright in that color, but the rest?

Too bad because the car looks legit minus that stuff.

+1

With that, everyone's taste is different, to each his own

Why is it always the ones with dead stock looking cars talking shit? If you don't like fine good for you keep your douchebag comments to yourself.

I would rather have it looking stock than with hideous copper accents. Sometimes stock looking is just right.

I think your concept is solid and like what you are trying to do.... have you considered trying to keep the color to the bottom of the car (similar to the other), but highlighting something else? The window change breaks up the smooth look you have going. I would say you need the rear splitters to finish up the look too... but I'm not car designer either. LOL

I never understood why people post pictures on a public message forum and spaz when they get negative feedback. If you're confident in your car who cares what the next guy thinks? One can't expect to get praise exclusively. Sometimes praise is given. Other times pictures are ignored, and other times trash is dished out. The golden rule shouldn't be; "if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all" it should be; "don't post if you can't handle a wide spectrum of feedback"

I agree the window trim is very overpowering, didn't know if I liked it when I did it and am still not 100% on it.
