Can you provide the sidewall height of your 255/45/18's? I'm debating on either going with 285/40/18's on 18x10" wheels in a square setup or 275/45/18's on 18x10" wheels on all 4 corners. I'm looking for whichever would provide the taller sidewall but still able to provide enough wheel well clearance as well
I just went out and got this picture for you. Hope it helps.

Brandon, thank you very much for posting a pic of the measurement height of your sidewalls. And yes, it most definitely helps out in my quest for my next wheel/tire setup. That being said, it appears there shouldn't be any clearance issues with running 275/45/18's on 18x10" wheels in a square setup while also providing a taller sidewall over my current 20" tire/wheel combo. I'll also consider 285/45/18 on 18x10's for more width, providing they won't cause any fitment/clearance issues in the front. In the meantime, thanks once again - Rocky :waytogo:

I should’ve measured the back just for shits and giggles too. I’ve never had a 305/45 before so it’s easily the biggest tire ive ever had haha.

I’ve seen people running 275/45 on all four corners. You shouldn’t at all have a problem with that, to my knowledge. Glad I could help out!

275/45/18 measures out to about 27.7" tall
I've run a 275/40/19 on the front of my car, which measures out to 27.6" tall, and I had no issues:

I also briefly ran a 305/40/18 drag radial on the FRONT, but that's another story, lol ...
(no rubbing :) )

Haha that’s such a wide front! That’s racecar status right there.

Lol. It was for an autocross event.
Ran the same tire front and rear, Nitto 555R, fronts were 305/40/18, rears were 305/35/20.
The fronts did amazingly well, especially considering they were mounted on 9.5"-wide wheels, so sidewall bulge should've had them flopping on their sidewalls.
But they did awesome:

Looks as though my top choices are now either 275/45/18 or 285/40/18 on 18x10's square on all 4 corners.

Gabe, being that 275/45/18 measures out to about 27.7" tall. Would you happen to know what 285/40/18 measures out? If the 285/40/18's are nearly just as tall but provide better suspension and wheel well clearance over the 275/45/18's then perhaps the 285/40/18's would provide the best overall choice

285/40/18 comes out to 26.97" tall.
255/45/18 comes out to 27.03" tall.

Possibly why Ford chose those sizes for the GT500 ... same 27" height front-to-rear ;)

Looks good. Running the same BMR spring combination on my 14 in their drag series. Love the copy/paste of the rear panel on the LP for privacy as well. A lot nicer than just smearing of swirling the plate number.

Shotokan, I've probably asked you this before, but what parking lights are you running? I like the white instead of orange!

I have these lenses which do still have a smaller amber reflector in them, or if you meant bulbs they're LED's with the turn signals being switchbacks (white on but blink orange). I'd rather not say the brand yet as I sent them another nasty email this morning, one more chance to make right before I post a do not buy thread here and on every messageboard I know.
