I’ve ran a MVB auto in my other 3V. It’s just not for me. Is it quicker, yes. That’s just not what it’s about for me. I enjoy the thrill of banging gears down track. It’s much more exiting and adrenaline pumping for me.
I totally get that.

Yikes, was that the stock liner or an aftermarket sleeve?
Looks like that roller follower just didn't have enough material around the trunion bearing. They typically break where they have the least material according to the reading that I have come across so this looks to be the case.
I’ve had a solid run honestly. Just this white car has been nothing but problems. My blue car was flawless, should have kept it.
I’m dropping a stock longblock in the car now. Probably install the S&H stealth single kit.
Bolt up my t56 magnum xl and just enjoy cruising for a while. At least until I decide what my new long term goals for the car are.
Was considering a 7.3 swap but I’m going to take some time and re think what I really want to do with the car.

That S&H turbo kit is about the most efficient turbo I’ve seen in terms of power/boost ratio. If I go FI it is between that and a DoB kit
(If you can even find a S&H!)

You mentioned bent valves in another thread. Did they smack a piston? Explains a lot of carnage.
