Decided to hit ATCO one more time, just in case they close.
Put in catless X and open air cleaner that comes with PHS 3 Roush
(as I had been using PHS 1 closed air cleaner).

Really wakes up the sound from the blower, which was cool for a track day, but
a little loud for DD use (and I could barely use the power I had before on the street),
so don't really need any more.

Anyway, only did 2 passes and met my goal of getting into the 10's.
Don't think I'd want to push this gen 1 stock bottom end any farther.

Nice times.
The Gen 1 Coyote connecting rods should be good for up to ~550rwtq on 93 octane, which could be anything from ~620-680rwhp depending on the type of supercharger. You could eke out a bit more with E85 but either way, make sure you have a good tuner. Most FI engines break from detonation.
Your 130mph trap speed suggests that you're at something like 550rwhp so you still have a bit of headroom to spare.

I'm running a Edelbrock eforce stage 3 kit from Brenspeed. Been able to hit 11.2 at 127 @ Quaker city on 70-75 degree day. Put it on the dyno couple weeks back and on a 72 degree day with no fans back to back it pulled 552 hp. Running green cats with kooks long tubes same 15/275 drag radial. Going to try Keystone this weekend with temps in the low 50's and sunny. Hoping to break a 10 as well.

Thanks!!! Only E-85 is over an hour away, and I'm on the 47's that come with kit and BAP. Not sure if I'd have enough inj for E-85 anyway. VMP tunes have been pretty spot on, except for confusion of mass air configuration the first time, since I was originally using Ph1 closed air cleaner with Phs 3 kit. I did use some in the can octane boost this time, not sure how well they work (or not), but no knock on datalogs.

So my total cost to run 10's (including car) was

305/35-18 MT STREET S/S DR--$629.90
AMR -18X10 and 18X8 RIMS ---$559.96 (used stock 235's up front)
UPR X-pipe------------------------$259.46
Roush Stg 3 TVS------------------$6199.99
SCT tuner and VMP tune---------$712.64
Octane boost----------------------$59.98
Roush upper control arm---------$253.95
Roush alum lower control arms---$200.00
Lightweight battery/terminals-----$120.25

Total---------------------------------$8996.13

Free stuff-------
Removed spare/jack/trunk carpet
Homemade rear seat delete (cardboard and some black fabric)
Removed mats

Plus car(new)

14 GT (auto as only option)-------- $27, 529

Total--------------------------------- $36.525.13

Would be interesting to compare these costs to a NA setup. I think at least one guy has gone high 10's, yes??

isn't there a E85 station right near Atco? a spot with a gorilla or ape or something?

Yes, but I'm way too far away to run that all the time. If I did anything, I would work on 60' time.
I there is plenty left there.

Tomorrow night about 6 PM looks like the time to go. Nice DA

I did a much longer burnout my second run and ATCO usually has excellent prep, that was all I did different. My previous best before X and open air cleaner is in my sig and only a 1.77 60'.

I wonder what it takes to get better? My goal was 10's, but zero compromises on drivability. No urethane susp pieces. No loud exhausts (X pipe with the rest of exh stock is as loud as I would go), big fat sway bars on both ends. I'd consider going back if ya'll think this combo can 60' better with just more seat time, but not that interested changing that much more (and no suspension pieces).

BTW, buddy took a video. May need to click on 3 dots and download if it won't play.

change the gears in the rearend, depending on what you're currently running, remove the front sway bar when you're going to race, carbon fiber driveshaft, maybe some adjustable coilovers
