This is what chad said to me in a old PM,

"the rears DO clear... but NOT much. Good thing I did get the spacers, last March broke axel gears, so axel move a little in/out side to side... w/o spacers would have locked the wheel!!"

Hey Guys,

First time poster here, but I've been lurking in this particular thread for a while.

I just got these installed a couple of weeks ago:

Jegs Prostar 15x4 - Mickey Thompson ET Fronts 26x4.5"
Jegs Prostar 15x8 - Mickey Thompson ET Street 26x11.5"

I used the 3/8" spacer up front, and had to grid a TINY little bit on my rear calipers.

waketek516, those are some nice wheels. Same ones im running at the track. Im using a 255/60-15 MT ET Street DR. The JEGS are nice, but im thinking about selling them and going with Racestars or Bogarts.

They look great on a 10" wide rim, they get stretched a bit :) Im going to use the same tire on the street
I've had them on several cars with a 10" wheel. Should have seen them on the Fairmont Futura with the rearend narrowed 2 1/2" per side and a mini-tub. Very cool!

First off beautiful car! That is one big scoop. I like it! Makes me want one!! I may get the scoop over the cowl hood I want. Anyway I want ot ask is your car lowered any? The front wheels look better then mine do on my car. My car can be seen on page 24 on this thread. I have a street tire and not a 26 ET Fronts. Thanks and NICE CAR!!!!

Yes. Its lowered with H&Rs. I know they're not ideal for drag racing, but it's also my daily driver/street car - so its gotta serve double duty for now. I wanted to go with a 28" rear, but there's no way it would fit. From ground to fender I'm at 27.5". That's why the 26s look perfect in there.

Someday I'll upgrade to Bogarts and a CJ rear suspension :thumb2:

Man car looks killer!!! :highfive: I want the CJ suspension also. I drive my car everyday as well. I want to lower my car but I race to much for me to do that.
