Yeah man awesome vision, a custom lid/heat shield for the 2 filters with air being fed from that ram air hood would be sick later on!

I started her up on my old tune today didn't run her for too long the 63lb injectors just dumped fuel!!! I shot a 2foot flame LOL!!!

I need to get another baseline because this one is not starting the car... I am not getting fuel with it... SO am going to call my tuner tomorrow, pick up anther vacuum line, and put my bumper on lol...

So we are just about done...

Take it easy until you get a solid tune on that thing. You would hate to tear that car up without having any fun!

Well it seems we cant get a solid tune to begin with... All the base maps are either too lean or way to rich... I need Tuning software... Where can I buy the SCT tuning software???

Just trying to keep the car alive and running it sounds like a beast much quieter... I have some videos...

justin at VMP has been doing my tuning, he sent me 1 email when i was done fabbing everything that got me to the dyno and it ran very well on that email "temp" tune. now i use datalogging and send him the files, then he sends me updated tunes based on those logs.

i think there is a version of the sct software you can buy that will let you do your own tuning,im not sure how much that is,but you cant just download from somewhere. they are pretty sctrict on thier software, you have to have a usb dongle plugged into your laptop when using the software, so even if you could download it ,it wouldnt work with out that dongle.

The Pro Race package is what you are looking for from SCT. It would be much cheaper for you the have the car towed to your tuner. You would also have the learning curve trying to tune your own car as well. AEM, Hondata and other stand-a-lone computers are alot different than tuning one these spanish oak computers. Your best bet is having the car towed to a tuner that you trust.

Somethings wrong cause i look at a video record of the afr i did and it stays at a reasonable idle... 14-16 then just sky rockets... So its leaning itself out..

Tuner sent me a tune with the idle at 1100... It was idling and staying from 750-1100 no problem till I saw it creep way too lean... I have a video... Best one yet though..

Your getting closer...tune still sounds a little off and I had the same reaction you did when you went back down to the handheld and saw the AFR at 58. I was like oh shit turn it off!!!....lol

It has a nice idle to it. Keep tweaking it, you'll get it.

your vac seems low, im sure you have checked for leaks around the intake manifold??your running stock cams right? vac should be closer to 20+ at idle.
