Alright got alot done this evening!

Got some studs from home depot And fixed the drivers side manifold connecting pipe.

Then started fitting up the rest of the piping, which went good. Its a pain in the ass holding pipes and trying to get a vband started so i enlisted the help of a jackstand lol.

wonder how it would fit with tubular k member

it wouldnt....see how the pipe goes thru the k-member? a aftermarket k-member does not have thet big opening for the pipe to go thru the middle. these pipes are similar to mine and i was looking into getting a tubular k-member....but after taking a close look, id have to re-do my piping.

Probably not, i know the helion kit has fitment issues with the bmr k, and the on3 piping route is similar.

It clears the bmr a-arms though which i have.

Things to do still:
-Install wastegate, boost controller solenoid, and vac hoses.
-Plugs
-Need a couple connectors and pieces of pipe to finish off the turbo to intercooler piping and bov mount.
-Hook the drain line to turbo (waiting on coldside routing to be finished)
-Ordered a 4.5" tbolt for the throttle body connector.
-Make cai filter and shield work with the turbo lol

Almost there!

Awesome. Almost done. Did you get a bracket with your On 3 piping or is that something you had to make/buy? I may have missed that.

looking good cant wait to see the numbers on this. how much boost are you planning on running and on what octane. what hp and trq aye you thinking you will see

The wastegate has a 10lb spring so im going to start there. 93 oct. goal for now is 550-600rwhp on whatever boost will get me there hopefully 15-16lbs.

well with my 62mm with a .81 exhaust side i made 607whp and 677wtrq on 18psi and 93 octane and a max timing of 17* of timing. ti think you will make at least 650whp and over 700wtrq @ 18 psi on 93.

i am still working on finishing the car so no it hasnt been to the track yet but i am working with amped speed on my suspension and a few other things. i still need to finish tuning the car at the max boost i can run on 93 then do one for c16, do the suspension, and do a set of drag wheels.
