ELEANOR power, and bolt ons!

Hey guys, i just got an '08 ELEANOR, the whole purchase was really spountenious so I barelly did any research on a car. Im really familiar with 99-2004 style stangs, and owned 03 cobra before but dont know much about s197 platform, besides the fact that u can fit 22s without cutting anything off. How much power you think ELEANOR has, I know its a stock 4.6 5 speed with alum BBK intake and magnaflow side exhaust? What are the most cost effective mods to get that ponny up and going? I was thinking putting on offroad h-pipe or off road prochamber and getting a tune, how much power would that get? What about headers, camms, nos, i hoping to put the car somewhere around 12s in a 1/4. Im not going to do a supercharger install or turbo, its just not gona pay off for me, so some cheap bolt ons would really help. Thanks again!

There is no such thing as an "Eleanor" .. It is a body kit for the stock mustang gt. So 300hp/320lb ft.. Post up some pics, sounds like it is nice looking.

man i hope they didnt get you like a sucka on this eleanor.the dealer by my house had an 08 last year and was asking 48k for it with 20 inch rims on it allready.they had value the body kit in 10k plus rims.i saw that and walked out of there like a rocket.

'Eleanor' is the trademarked name given to a 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 for its role in the 1974 film Gone in 60 Seconds.

All of these others are just body kits, even the 1967 GT500 was not an Eleanor, it was a body kit that came from the mind of Chip Foose.

I own a Cervini's body kit Mustang, and yes I named mine Eleanor, is it a real Eleanor as I am always asked, no. What I own is a Mustang GT with a great looking kit, and yes I love it.

Oh and another little tidbit, Eleanor Ford was Edsel Fords wife, the daughter in law to Henry Ford. Now we know where some of the names came from.

Some people will believe anything. I got my username "RetroGT2006" because its a retro styling its a GT and its a 06.. It is on my 3rd brake light(decal), it's my username on all forums and even my Xbox live gamer tag.. My friends that don't know anything say oh you drive a retrogt2006 like its a fuckin model like a gt500 or gt/cs lol.. I just laugh bc they sound so stupid when they try to make fun of me for loving my car/hanging out with my stang buddies.
