went to ford yesterday and they ran all the tests. They told me all the o2 sensors are good and everything else came up fine. They said the p0151a is an error for the runners (cmrc). So I'm still at a loss. The strange thing was when I picked up the car it was cold and the rpm didn't jump down then back up. It still stumbles when cold but it looks like the exhaust fix did help, but will require more tuning. If someone can do a test for me and load the current tune they have and change your cmrc setting and load it in the car. You should not need to drive. Just start it up and run for a min then shut off and start again. See if the code comes up. Then you can reload it back.

Think about it for a minute. You had the car tuned while you had an exhaust leak. Certain things were done to work around that even though the tuner did not know there was a problem. Now, you have no exhaust leak. Don't you think you will need to have the tune adjusted?

I stated that the tune would have to be tweeked, but still doesent explain this error code. It may mean nothing, but I want to know for sure so we don't tune over the issue(again). What is the error you get if you have the delete plates and don't adjust the tune? Someone got to know??

P151A - Intake Manifold Runner Control Performance

Which it is important to note is NOT the same as:
P0151 Heated O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage


Are you trying to kill us or did I get those confused earlier in this thread? If that was me, I apologize, though it did force you to find the missing studs...

your tuner can shut off that error code in the tune.i had the same problem when i had the blower on my car, jms chip tuned my car it kept coming up.so i called and talk to monty and it never happened again.

The current tuner keeps insisting that the CMPs are turned off in the tune. However, every two key cycles it comes back again, P151A.
