If you have 39# injectors, you should be seeing about 47-49psi at WOT (add your boost to 39... e.g.., 39 + 10psi boost = 49psi fuel press). At idle it should be around 30psi.

My Fuel pressure reads about 10lbs less then my areoforce gauges that run off the ODB port.

I would be scared to see the boost gauge going that high though on a stock short block. Have you have it dyno'ed yet?

I'm very jealous I'm STILL waiting on my Whipple to get here....

That would account for the stain in my drawers. It actually pegged 15psi at one point but I was too slow with the camera. Not sure if I should trust the gauge or not, this is on the 3.625" pulley, not the 3.375" that came with the blower. I'm slated to get the car dynoed at the Whipple factory 2nd Saturday of next month.

Yes. If I turn on the ignition, but do not start the car, the pressure jumps up to 40psi, then drops to 0 within about 20 seconds.

ewww.... That's not good, it should hold pressure even if the car is off (thus the big mess you make when you disconnect the fuel line and the car hasn't been sitting for days...

Any puddles of fuel under the car?

So, what does ODBII say and where is your pressure tap?

OBDII reads 39/40psi, if I give it a little throttle, it jumps to 45ish. The other fuel pressure sender is located at the rear of the passenger side fuel rail.

No puddles or scent of fuel. Meanwhile, I do park the car away from the garage/house. After running the engine, I can shut it off and I'll hear a hiss coming from the fuel pump area (inside the tank). Looks like I get to re-visit my old friend/nemesis after all...

Yeah that dosen't sound right...

Bet your not looking forward to going there again..

15 psi.....my shorts would need to be changed if I saw that.
Something sounds off with your boost gauge too... that other pullie is an 8lb one I bought the same thing.

I went and bought a cheapo mechanical boost gauge to see if there was a difference. It reads the same (actually higher, 17psi @ tip-in, 50mph) as the AutoMeter 3376.

Pulling the fuel pump back out this weekend. Oh joy...

FYI, I'm reading boost pressures before the intercooler...

Something is very wrong, you should not see that much boost with the size pulley you are running. Do you have CATs? I can not see how a fuel pressure issues can increase boost so I think you have two problems.

Same here. Someone mentioned I may have a bad injector that is hanging open. Since pulling the plugs and injectors are a hell of alot easier than messing with the fuel pump I'm going to start there.

Pulled the plugs, they all looked like new so I didn't even bother with the injectors. Probably going to make some time for the car this afternoon.

I fucked up one of the clear plastic line/hose thingies. It must have been during that moment when everything went red. My bad - I own it. Took Ted for a ride yesterday to show him what an 11 second car feels like. He wet himself.
