2006 Mustang GT Custom Turbo kit build

Here is the build of my 2006 Mustang GT turbo kit. Kit details:

VS Racing 76/68 .96AR T4 Turbo
2.5" Intercooler
Tial BOV / Turbonetics Wastegate 8 PSI spring
3" 304 Stainless steel hot side / 2.5" to 3" cold side
Custom mid pipe
V banded and T bolt's no clamps
CX Racing Power Steering / Coolant Overflow tank
Holley Sniper Gen2 Intake
ID 1050X Injectors
E85 Return fuel system w/ dual pumps

Still have some button up work to do on it.

Turbo kit was custom fabbed by Jason Zimmers from Trenton.

Are the exhaust manifolds also v banded? I am trying to tell from the second pic. I am assuming your still running factory ones.

Yes the exhaust manifolds are V banded. Running stock ones. I bought a set of On3 turbo headers - rear facing but they would not fit on the passenger side so went back to stock. Which should flow enough for this setup (still SBE) and for when I dropped a forged setup in it.

Everything is either v banded or T-bolt - nothing is clamped.

Thank you for letting me know. If you do get a chance could you put a pic of how it is fabbed up there. I know the metal the manifold is made of has to be heated a certain way to weld on stainless steel onto them. I am trying to get ideas how to fabricate mine in the future. Appreciate your help. Can not wait to see the finished product.

I will see about taking some pics of it close up. I still have the car up on jack stands.
