Very awesome indeed. I'm really digging the black and silver combo too. I would love to get a black car, But I know I'm not willing to care for black paint on a DD.

Black and silver is a great color combo. I'm biased though. and believe me keeping black clean on a DD is a bitch. Also biased.

Thanks guys :)

All right! Drag racing in Iceland! That mph is good for 10.60s if you can put the power to the ground. Even with that track though, you should be in the high 10s once you get some traction.

Yeah I think that 10.6 is possible.. When I went to the track first time this year in June.. I was trapping 124-126mph everytime but got no traction.. the asphalt on our 1/4 track was new and I was on new MT DR and was just in 2.0 60 ft. The second time I went, the track was better but I had massive belt slipping.. I was only trapping 115 mph.

So I just garaged the car and I am going to fix the belt slipping in the winter and probably building the motor to 302cid :)

I really like all of the pictures, your car looks great!

That track looks absolutely amazing, I wish we had something like that here.

-Jeff

This is not the track in iceland.. This is just a street in my town that the streetrace is held in Iceland

here is our dragstrip and few cars around the track

Yeah I run it :) though it is just driven 6000 miles. but I have heard every excuses in the book from F-body guys in my town

Hrannar,

What size are those wheels... they work great with the car.

Thanks.. I ike them alot.. I was first thinking of chrome cervini wheels but changed my mind.. also these wheels didn't cost arm and a leg :)

Wheels are 20x10 and 20x9

And the wheels for the DR tires are 17x9

Wheres all the ice?!

JK nice ride, i love it!

this was taken last winter when I was cleaning the garage.. 4 Mustang's in it :)

Yeah thats true.. keeping it clean is hard work but I just like the black colour too much

Also about the silver stripes.. In the beginning I did not like but now I love the black / silver combo

Nice.

I'm a little surprised to see all those American cars in Iceland.

Thanks, yeah here are many american cars :)

Before the economical crisis in 2008 there were more Range Rover Supercharged, Audi q7, Ford F-series and Toyota Landcruiser 200 here in Iceland than in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden together

But now times are a bit different :)

Here can you see few cars in Iceland

Very sweet ride, and EXCELLENT pictures!

Yeah I know the guy :) In the picture of the Sterling car I am driving it.. but I only managed 12.1 at 122 mph.. the clutch was bad and the belt broke in this run :) I think he talked to the JDM guys and they sold him a clutch that could hold the power..
The sound in the Sterling with American Racing headers and x pipe is great
He also owns 2006 Black Saleen Extreme
