Hmm... I think I'm the first one to do a projector retrofit on a 2010 Mustang... So here are some pics.

This took me about two days of working on and off and waiting for nightfall to check progress.

FX-R Projectors w/ clear lenses (theretrofitsource.com)
Gatling Gun Shrouds (TRFS)
35w DDM Tuning 1st Generation "Raptor" Ballasts (Had them laying around/DDM)
6000 K(elvin) D2S HID bulbs (Apexcone/DDM)
Duplicolor Black Trim Paint (Paintscratch.com)
Colormatched L6 Kona Blue Paint (Paintscratch.com)
Red LED "demon eyes" (Oznium.com)

I had left over gutter guard wire mesh from a roof install a few years back, so I used that for the foglight delete; they're a wire mesh that is coated with black paint... I believe Lowe's or Home Depot only sell the plastic mesh style...

Update: Better pics with an actual camera.

Flash on: Notice the hole behind the driver's side foglight mesh... Intake hole! So I have a pseudo-ram-air intake. =]

Pics were taken with an iPhone 4... I couldn't find my camera at the time...

Enjoy my "rice" lights. =]

Pic of cut-off... I took this in the process of aiming the lights; so YES, they are crooked in this picture.

Here's the color....

This is the functionality I'm going for...

I really want to do something like that to my car but i dont have the skills to do all that.... great job man...

You would think aftermarket companies would have something as nice as yours btu the only thing i seen is the hallo style headlights wish looks ok but not close to your project...

Thanks. =] I have a foglight retrofit from retrofitsource.com in the works too... :beerdrink:

But yeah, I need more skill and resources (read money/time) before I can start making custom lights for Mustangs...

Thanks! =]

I need more practice before I can start making these for people; these are an expensive liability...
