Just read through this, glad that even after all the problems, the car is pretty fun to drive. Looking forward to seeing answers and the turbos looks terrific.

Had a friend/somewhat local tuner help me through data logging; with the car running and in P in the garage I saw my AFR's moving via the gauges as well as the data tables when I pressed the gas pedal; the lambse bank 1 and 2 gauge never moved as well as the data table never moved off 1.0 and my short term fuel trim bank 1 and 2 never moved off 1.0.

If the AFR gauge/data table was moving does that mean the 02's are working? I did not use extensions, they are plugged in and the powdercoating material has been removed from where the 02 sensor screws into the exhaust manifold.

+1 for Dan, he knows his shit! My car runs his tune and made 615rwhp without coming close to pegging the MAF.

Update-Ray (ITLRUN2) is a welder and helping me out-Thanks Ray!-with welding the soft 90's onto the IC; last night I removed the front end to get to the IC, removed the IC, replaced the temp couplers that were on the cold side coming from the turbo's and discovered on the drivers side cold pipe my alt pulley was gouging the pipe..sigh...so Ray is repairing that as well.

I removed the stock fan today in preparation for a twin fan thin shroud to give me more room in the front.

Ray welded the hole in the pipe-figured out what happened, when I had the temp coupler on the drivers side turbo the pipe blew off and when it did it contacted the alt pulley-welded the 90's onto the IC, installed a slim fan shroud with twin 12" fans and a Moroso and coolant tank to free up as much room as possible and a big thanks to Nick and Brady for helping me out on the connection of the cold side piping.

I had a new AC line made, installed that and buttoned everything up, no leaks and the fans come on at 190 just like stock, I need to get the AC re-charged but fingers crossed that all the bugs have been worked out.
