Since you sell cars in CA.
If I buy one from a dealership in CA will I have to pay your state's sales tax on the car? I would not be registering the car in CA. It would be purchased and driven back to MT where it would be registered.

^ that doesnt look like the EVOs which leaves me disappointed. It doesnt look too much different body shape wise (less the front) from the current model
If you get a bill of laying, you can have it taken out of the state on a flat bed and delivered to you to avoid sales tax.
You can also have the vehicle driven to the state border by an employee of the dealer with you in the vehicle, and once you cross the border, you take delivery and drive the rest of the way home.
Those are the only ways to avoid the CA sales tax. You must take delivery out of state.
GHEY
Here you pay don't pay taxes at the dealership and they are ultimately assessed in the state in which it is registered.
