Bro... I would absolutely love an AWD or selectable AWD setup. That would be awesome.

I wish someone would design a 3-way selectable system that could be RWD, AWD or FWD at the flip of a switch, row of a shift handle... whatever.

Just the mention of AWD makes my shorts tight... could you imaging the GT500 with AWD and Launch Control? Holy shit it would be king of the hill.

Call me a heretic, but I would kill for a AWD option. I could finally get rid of the 9-2x winter car and go Mustang year-round LOL

Heretic! IMO AWD is something that should go on a sports car, not a muscle car. Maybe a GT looking car that wasn't as on the edge. Keep it priced around the Corvette level.

AWD would be great as long as you could "adjust" where the power went.

RWD and 500hp is fun

RWD and 700hp is STUPID fun

If it was full time AWD it would need to be 1000hp to be "hooligan" fun

A friend told me today that the test S550 mule they have has 295's at all four corners. And that if you measure the rear "wheel openings" there is 16" between the fender lip and the "inner fender". That is a LOT of room for fat rims/tires.

I was also told that the SVT Mustang will have 11" front wheels and 13" rears.

That's a LOT of rubber. These new cars are going to have to have some serious stomp to get out of shape and sideways, which is at least half the fun of having one.

HP and AWD dont mix too good. You will be blowing spider gears the minute you add a blower.. Look at all the problems nissan gt-r have.. and the're 99K NOW?!?!

yea... and that's the "starting" price. Forget that. I'll just buy 3 or 4 Mustangs.
