3v 298ci Pro-Series Rotating Assembly, ARP Hardware, Oil Pump

I have a used 298ci rotating assembly from Livernois Motorsports for sale. 9.8:1 Diamond Pistons STD bore, good for 1000hp. One of the pistons is damaged and you will need new bearings/rings to complete it. I will list everything separately in case some people don't want everything. I paid $2300 for this rotating assembly new.

Diamond Coated Pistons, custom through Livernois. About $1000 new for the set, so one replacement piston might run around $125. I'm selling these for only $200 for the set, so this could potentially be a great deal for the buyer.

What are the sizes of the pistons and rods? I'm talking about the compression height of the pistons and length of the rods. Livernois has done a stroker combo in the past that had a piston compression height of 1.095 and rod length of 5.950". Also, what size are the rod crank pins?

I just Mic'ed the rod journal on the crank at 2.000in

I'll need some more time to find the specs of the rods, unless you can figure it out by compression height.

can you still get a matching piston?

They should be the "normal" 5.850" to go with a 1.200 compression height. It would also put the crank stroke at 3.750".

The crank already has Mallory metal in it. That will save the buyer money when it comes time for the balancing.

Intake valve broke, and got trapped under one of the exhaust valves, piston smacked into it.

The pistons are Billet Forged 2618 then CNC'ed. I posted the spec sheet above. Livernois said they can replace one piston no problem, about $150 and 2 week lead time for these "Non-stocking" pistons. They just need the PN and Job number, which I have. You will also need new round wire locks (cheap) and new rings (duh).

No. it makes 298 unless you use a .020" piston. with a 3.800" stroke its 302 or an eagle 3.75" crank with a 5.950" eagle rod and 1.095 comp height piston also makes 302 in standard bore. this is definitely a 298 until you change piston/bore size. dont ask me how i found this out.
