40th Annual Balloon Fiesta "Mass Ascension" *****VERY PIC HEAVY*****

So I was fortunate enough to be able to sponsor the Hewlett-Packard Tent at the Balloon Fiesta this past Sunday. I have heard great things about the Fiesta but always thought to myself... They're hot air balloons, how cool could it really be? Well standing in a field with hundreds of balloons taking off was absolutely amazing. Snapped over 800 pictures between the Morning Glow, Mass Ascension, and the car show... What a pain in the rear to only get to pick 20 to upload. Below are pics from the Mass Ascension, I will post additional posts for "Glow" and the car show so I can upload more pics. I heard that Saturday's event broke the world record for most hot air balloons lifting off at a single event.

I will have to figure out an album where I can bulk upload. Anyone have suggestions? Serious time involved in manually uploading each pic to the page.

Im guessing you dont already have a photo album website account? And yes, manual upload sucks. I wouldnt expect all 800 pics but more than 20. Heh.

Do you have a Photobucket account? Photobucket now has a mass upload feature where you can select multiple photos at one time to upload into an album.

Great pictures!! I had a friend, where I worked, that was into the big balloons and never missed having his balloon at Albuquerque.
