I'm about to add something to my MUSTANG(this makes it chit chat eh???) and I need a couple packs of this stuff. Anybody have a couple packs I can buy instead of buying a whole box for crazy money?????????

Yes, that stuff should help you glue the tires to the ground securely.
And someone at AM may be able to get some packs out to you, they threw it in the box for my side mirror covers.

Give the guys at SHR a call. They use the bottle form of the adhesion promoter for their window louvers. They should be willing to sell you just the promoter.
