It's possible they're still waiting on information for the order? PM me your name or order number and I'll find out what the hold-up is. We are shipping orders that were placed as of last Friday today, so June 2nd means there had to be an issue. PM me and I'll find out exactly what's going on and take care of it for you. We ship hundereds of programmers a month, so if there's one that's held up for a month, there's usually a problem... I'll get you straightened away.

Filled the form on the bama site immediatly,
with no news sent a mail around the 14.
Received a response asking me for my strategy code in order to be able to do my tune the 15. Get it from my shop where my car is sitting dead and sent to you the 21.
No news since.

If you have a hand held programmer you don't need a tune for gears, you can change those yourself when you load your tune.

yeah id like just to try a total diff tune and see how it runs , my current tune is one the tuner made down at my local shop where i bought the handheld

Okay I took a look into the order for you...

The reason it sat in "waiting on info" for so long was because it's an automatic Supershaker with GT500 fuel pumps, long tubes, 4.10s, PI torque converter, etc. It's not a combination that is typically covered under the free tunes for life policy, LOL. Check your spam folder and let me know if you got any emails from us mentioning this or not?

With that being said, I have provided a tune for you anyway, which would typically cost you $250 dollars for me to remotely dial in personally, or $450 on the dyno (less or more depending where you take it).

now the reason i need to get another tune is mainly because my previous hand held with your tune got damaged and trashed , also i lost the web file holding the tune . So does my email about the free tune for life cover a re-tune on a new handheld ? because i picked one up a few weeks ago .. ?? Thanks for your time man ! I always liked you guys and AM
