Charles Leclerc takes a big win at the British Grand Prix, his first race win of this season.

Yesterday's race at Silverstone ended farcically under the safety car. Happy for Le Clerc who led from start to finish but felt sorry for Kimi Antonelli. He was closing in on Le Clerc in the latter stages but his race was ruined when he damaged a front left wheel guard running over a curb, and a five-second penalty for exceeding the track limits meant he finished out of the points altogether.
Lewis Hamilton will be slightly disappointed at not finishing 2nd after a late tactical pitstop by Ferrari for a tire change backfired because the safety car stayed on until the end, depriving him of any overtaking opportunity. This allowed Russell (who didn't pit) to jump ahead of him, but a podium finish was still a good result and a 1-3 for Ferrari.
