lets take this line by line fucko !!! 1st you tell me , dont by ID's youll have no issues with these , 2nd you ship the new one I pounded you to order for me that you refused to let me order direct to new mexico, then you tell the guy after talking to me knowing my situation, hey guy, take your time, nop rush, send it when you can and 5 fucking days later i get his number from you to deal directly with one of YOUR customers to expedite because your fucking ignorance 3 times to this point, then I buy a brand new meter from you that you had but wait , you didn't have, so you ordered one for the same for the same price you quoted but somehow you done me a favor in the end that holcomb couldn't do for the same price. Not to mention when i bought my catch can a few years back from you, i asked how quick can i get this and you stated it will go out tommorrow morning and i got it 1 1/2 weeks later. Let me see if I understand this:

You work in a performance shop/dealer where you can probably get parts
You talk to Bobby and decide to get the parts from him
You order the injectors from Bobby, they arrive
You take the car to Pro Dyno and 1 cylinder won't fire
You troubleshoot and determine the injector is bad
This is a brand new engine with all new parts, new fuel rails, fuel pumps and fuel filter
You contact Bobby and tell him you have a bad injector
Bobby contacts his supplier and they tell you to send it back so they can inspect it before sending out a new one
You don't want to wait for that to happen and tell Bobby this; he buys a new injector to reduce your down time
Injector is sent to wrong address
Injector is sent to you
Supposed bad injector is sent to the supplier to be tested
Injector tested and said to have had debris in it
You post on here that you are not frustrated with Bobby's service, just the additional down time
You post on here car is up and running on the Bosch injectors, you are happy
Today for some reason you put Bobby on blast about the situation and your experience with Bobby

That's how I have it read Greg. After reading both sides more than once, it seems Bobby went above and beyond for this guy, and his beef is simply that the shipping got messed up(not Bobby's fault), and that for some reason the way ALL warranties are handled is beneath this guy.

Additionally OP, if you flushed your fuel system and are so positive that it had absolutely nothing at all, no way no how, in it then why do you even need to run prefilters or an inline fuel filter?

all but the pumps and rails. rails wer used for 30k miles, gt500 pumps were used for 30k, orings on end caps were replaced and cleaned with brake cleaner and wrapped in plastic. tank was pumped dry at the stock filter 6 months ago. from pumps forward, all new including 100 dollar solution 1 45 micron washable filter which would catch a particle big enough to clog an injector. then, the system was straight wired again to pump out any debris because thats what you do, thats what I do because I've upped the fuel system on many fox and sn95 platform cars, you always run fuel thru the system 1st to remove any unwanted particulates. that is a common knowledge for anyone with any kind of racing background. so I've answered this question satisfactorily for you ? I relayed this to you on the phone and now, I done it for the whole wide world to see.
So humor me now ,,, what did I do to require being forced to buy 9 injectors to recieve 8 NEW functional ones ?

Well....not saying it was the culprit but the rail could have had something in it and that is post filter so it would have never been caught.

There is no new set, the OP is using the Bosch injectors that he purchased from Bobby.

Correct and now i am stuck with the extra one that he said he wanted because he didnt want a bad injector on his new motor. I messed up and didnt get up front money like i should have. The bad part is because of people like this taking advantage of the situation we will never go out of our way again. People like this ruin it for the guys that do the right thing.

I would'nt do that.. I mean not everyone is like this and if mistakes and issues come up If i were the next buyer i would want and expect same kind of customer service that S&H has provided in the past.. Don't change your buisness practices over one guy.. That isnt good business or customer service..

wow, thats too much to answer so greg , no, you've still got it partially wrong so give up, joshk you're right, I bought the sales pitch and the performance didn't match the pitch that said though, he spent about 20 minutes on the phone talking me into these over the ID's so it isn't bullshit when you spend that long talking to sell your product, that is hustle 101. And Bobby, I like the idea of donating the money to St.Judes, I'll give the money to them, post up the receipt and I'll tell you what, just so to keep it real, you can keep the injector. There is no new set, the OP is using the Bosch injectors that he purchased from Bobby.

what the hell does this mean ? Are you telling me that bosch injectors are some kind of remanufactured shit? I was under the impression I was buying a brand new set of injectors
and btw: I don't work in a performance shop anymore professionally, I work in a stealership and still take this stuff in on the side as it comes.
