During the NMRA event in November, the LSD gave up the ghost. Been driving around with one tire getting power since then.

I just got home from having the Eaton Trutrac, 3.73's and LCA relocation brackets installed. I am pretty damn happy. Knowing what the gears would do, I shouldn't have been as shocked as I am with the car. What a freakin riot. I am going to have fun at HRP next Friday. Look for new PB coming soon!

Les at Quartermile Solutions here in Houston did a great job. Got everything done in less than 6 hours, and the gears are quiet. I would recommend him to anyone.

Glad Les did a great job for you. Let me know what time you're heading out to the track next week.

I will let you know. I can't wait. I got to hurt a Charger R/T's feelings on the way home from Les's too, so it was a damn good day.

You'll like the truetrac. I had one installed not to long ago b/c i had the same problem as you with only one wheel getting all the power. Even in the burnout box i had one wheel spinning at times while the other wasnt so i couldnt get both tires sticky.

After i had the truetrac installed i did a little burnout on the street and both tires were spinning great. Made me very happy after dealing with the stock limited slip at the track.

With the 3.31s and the 28" tall DR, I still didnt have a traction issue with the LSD screwed. (at the track) The 3.73s ought to seriously knock my 60ft down. Hoping for low 1.6s (1.73 was previous best) which I am hoping gets me in the 11.6 range at the line.

I ended up getting the Motive gears, which is not what I was wanting and they had a .006 runout across the ring gear. Les adjusted on it as much as he could, and it is as quiet as I wanted. Slight noise on decel around 45, but that's it. I can deal with it for sure, considering I am half deaf anyway.

Kenneth, so far I like the trutrac. Obviously, it's hard not to like it since I drove around so long with the LSD messed up. lol. Both tires getting power AND 3.73s FTW.

i had a big issue with traction and my stock Limited Slip my best 60ft i could get was a 1.72 in my signature. And im running the FRPP 4.10s. So im basicaly in the same boat as you, hoping to get back to the track and have better times.
