Bs3 uegor error help!!

Ok my tuner calls me and is saying that he's pulling his hair out with tuning my mod 3v with the bs3 and wants me to buy the MMR distributor conversion for the bs3 which i really really dont want to do since its like 1,800 bucks.

He says that the UEGOR is seeing 27 instead of 28 and that itll start and then once you shut it off and try to start it again it wont start.

Any idea how to fix this??

Did u use a new BS3 harness? All the wire connections are good?

Yes brand new harness. Bought everything from JPC new in box.

It's a pain in the butt from what I hear. Best bet is to give JPC a call and let them help. They have installed many of them and I have talked to Justin about putting one on my car. He explained a lot of stuff to me that needs to be done. I believe that sensor is reading the cam sensor sprocket and it needs to be modified to work.

he is right, your cam sproket have 5 triggers, you will need to cut them down to 1,

hmmm. so if i cut them down to 1 itll give me the 28 count?? thats crazy, i wish big stuff would mention that. i guess 5 triggers are causing too much interference or what??

some times you have to bend or move the one tab. so it will see the 28

But yes you can only have one trigger not 5.

Yes i should beable to get you a base tune depending on what injectors you have.

if its not an oddball injector then i can get you one for about 250-300

whats the total setup on the car i know its a turbo 3v but give me a bit more info
